Ep 077 - Don't Take Fish Oil Unless You've Had A Heart Attack! What?!

Deprivation or decrease of testosterone contributes to stiffness in arteries. On this episode Dr Maulfair discusses ways testosterone is decreased, but also things we can do to ake sure we have the proper amount.
