Cardiovascular health — hardening of the arteries, high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes, etc — are all a result of inflammation in the vascular system. Testosterone is not just important for sexual health. It is important for cardiovascular health — and NOT just for men. It is equally as important for women to have proper levels of testosterone. Deprivation or decrease of testosterone contributes to stiffness in arteries.
